VibeWalk for Android uses activity data only for game functionality: quests, achievements, points, coins and progress synchronization.

How To Delete Your Account

Account deletion is irreversible. You can submit the request directly in the VibeWalk app:

If you cannot access the app, submit a support request with the account email and the subject “Account deletion”. Support form.

Deleted immediately after confirmation: account and sign-in identifiers, auth tokens, settings and profile, Health Connect aggregates on the backend, campaign progress, achievements, points, coins, entitlements, friends, sync operations/events, push token and user-scoped local cache.
Health Connect data on the device is not deleted; manage or delete it separately in Health Connect.
Device-level preferences not tied to the account, such as language and theme, may remain on the device after deletion.
Public campaign and achievement catalogs are retained, but do not contain personal data from the deleted account.

The app reads only aggregated steps, distance, floors and active calories.
VibeWalk does not write data to Health Connect and does not request data beyond what is needed for game functionality.
With the user's permission, the app may read these aggregates in the background for best-effort synchronization. Raw Health Connect records are not uploaded to the backend.
The backend uses daily aggregates for progress and keeps current hourly aggregates only briefly for time-window achievements.

The user can select a photo through the system Android photo picker to create an achievement story image.
The photo is processed locally, is not uploaded to the backend or Firebase, and the resulting image is shared only after an explicit user action.

Notifications are used for game rewards and reminders when the user allows them in Android and enables them in the app.
They are not used for ads, marketing or tracking.

Data is synchronized with the backend over HTTPS. Health Connect data is not sold or transferred to advertising networks, data brokers or for advertising.
Account, profile, activity aggregates, progress and achievement history are stored until account deletion. Local cache and the auth token support the session and offline mode.

Raw Health Connect records, geolocation, routes, GPS tracks or precise places.
Contacts, microphone, camera, advertising identifiers or data for tracking people across apps and websites.

Notifications: Android Settings -> Apps -> VibeWalk -> Notifications, or the VibeWalk profile notification settings.
Public leaderboard: VibeWalk profile settings -> Public profile.
